This artwork consists of five panels, the central one being widest and the widths decreasing outwards.
It represents the geographic location of the school and its catchment area and is made up of a collage of images of the architectural and natural features of the area.
This artwork is not a literal map or plan, but a designed collage, with some features being given more prominence than others.
The central panel of the artwork focuses on Portlaoise, and the outer panels depict elements of the outlying district
