​The Children’s Luminaries are building projections   created by the 3rd or 4 th class children in 4 Birr Primary Schools. Originally these were to be projected as one event, with the children and their families coming together. This had to be changed to mapping to each individual school so that the audience could be controlled and   operate in the children’s bubbles ,viewing as socially distanced family groups with time slots. with the projections happening on 4 separate evenings.
The theme of the project is the Duchas Schools Collection, in which Birr has some very good entries.
 One story appears 4 times, from different schools with differences in the telling each time
